I love this trade. We get 4 productive players who will contribute immediatly to our team in different ways and we get rid of our weak link in Gooden. West is a very good player who is only 24 and fits perfectly with our team. We have 10 productive players on our team now, James, Zydrunas, Wally, Gibson, West, Varejao, Wallace, Smith, Pavlovic and Brown.

"Quit picking on those big guys Delonte!"
Congrats guys, this is a great trade for the Cavs. Ilgauskas, Varejao, and Ben Wallace is a good front line in any conference. I thought Hughes contract was pretty much untradable, but Ben Wallace was in pretty much the same predicament. I take Wallace over Hughes any day of the week because he's an iron man and he plays hard every night.
Delonte is solid on both ends and he's worthy of a starting job on a contending team. I think Delonte will become a better overall player/general with the guidance of Eric Snow; though obviously he's already a better scorer than Snow ever was. Wally will be a big gun for you guys too. Though, I think Devin Brown or Pavlovic (whenever he gets back) should get the starting spot.
There's no doubt you guys just became an even better defensive team and a better offensive team. Good trade for the future. A couple good moves this summer like signing a Pietrus or Kurt Thomas with part of the mle and drafting a solid big like Kevin Love would be another good step for the future.

This is where you're off, this was one of my biggest hopes of Wallace to Chicago, and had been one of my biggest disappointments. I wrongfully assumed otherwise with the big weightlifting guy who refers to himself as 'body'. He's a woman in this department.
