what do ya'll think about Moore for Crowder? I'd be a little concerned about thinning out the frontcourt, but getting a reliable 2 way guard seems to be Cle #1 priority at the moment.

before you ugh omg Etwaun Moore gross, look up his numbers on the year.

not really. The priority concern going forward has too be upgrades defensively in the front court. Unless an all nba player becomes available that justifies moving the Nets pick for, who plays the pg or pf/center position. (highly unlikely).
Maybe if Swish and Korver continue their shooting slumps somebody like Moore becomes appealing.
Crowder is playing out of position and last years shooting must have been a fluke because he has returned to lower %.
If I were Cav's I would be trying hard asap to get Noel for Zizic and Rose, and if possible moving Crowder straight up for Evans and Chalmers expiring's.
Cavs then would still have both 1sts and the option to move 1 if an all nba player becomes available.

I'm all for it. Anyone who can defend the PG position at this point would be great.

I think a deal would be close. But to dump TT I think a late 1st would have to be added. Crowder has value but not enough for young Sac talent.

Or maybe something along these lines with the Miami 2nd.

I don't think so with Hill wanting out and them not needing him with Fox the future. None of the bigs they've drafted are as good as Thompson.

Willy Caultey-Stein is playing better this year after looking lost his rookie year. It would be an interesting deal; not ideal for Sacramento (not greatly benefiting them as much as Cav's) but could work. Sacramento's GM decisions the last couple of years hasn't been great (minus 2018 draft).

I'd be a little nervous about trading both Crowder & TT. If WCS is added, I guess it's worth the risk but WCS has some JaVale McGee in him.

I think that is a good trade except out going should be Shumpert, TT, the Cavs would probably have to throw in their own first rounder to make it happen, but to shed those two and their contracts definitely favors the Cavs. I would take Sampson if the Cavs can dump Zizic also. Cavs would get Hill, Cauley-Stein and another athletic wing in Sampson.

I'm good with this but you're not *dumping* a 21-year old who makes less than $2 million per. A third-string center on a vet minimum deal costs that much.

Man the Clippers look pretty damn good with Jordan out. This Rockets game is reinforcing my skepticism that he'd *help* against the Warriors.

The trade deadline can't get here soon enough. So long as Cedi & the Brooklyn 1st still belong to the Cavs, I'll be happy.

FWIW: https://factoryofsadness.co/2018/01/16/cleveland-cavaliers-rumors-nba-exec-says-trade-way/

Really hope we're getting either E'Tuan Moore or George Hill.

He's available but the kings still need incentive to make a trade.
