Bynum for Deng maybe and Bynum, and I still think that Bynum is the better value considering ability to impact a game and contract.

No way is Waiters the problem here. Even if we had to choose between Waiters and Kyrie, you'd have to be an complete moron to think this was decent return.

In the end you are going to chose between Kyrie and Waiters, it's just that simple.
Amazing how you come off as a know it all who knows nothing. That's a terrible trade.

No. He hasn't been great, just ok. After the eventual waiving/trade of Bynum, I think the Cavs just may prefer the cap space to go full bore in free agency for a veteran SF.

Why do we want Speights and Bazemore?

GSW fan here. I don't want Jack back to the W's since the Cavs overpaid him. I'd rather look for a cheaper backup PG on a much shorter deal.

No, he's okay. I'd just rather get rid of him.

Plane tickets are more valuable than Speights and Bazemore.

Andrew Bynum and Dion Waiters
-------for:
Jeff Green and Kris Humphries

Any thoughts? Hump is expiring and actually worthy of a role... a competant salary filler.

No they wouldn't. Why? Think it through and explain why you honestly think Cleveland should give up instant cap space for a guy that is eternally injured, yet owed big money his year and next, just to be their emergency 3rd string PG at this stage of his career? And Kaman? To battle for the 4th string center spot, or rather, to have to buyout?

Being able to buy a Nash cavs jersey would be a dream though.

Would you do this trade:

Post#937 » by boren » Mon Dec 30, 2013 5:27 pm

- Knicks send Carmelo Anthony, Tim Hardaway Jr. and Cole Aldrich to Clevland.
- Cavs send Andrew Bynum, Anthony Bennet, Earl Clark ...and this year's first round draft pick unprotected to NY.

The Draft Machine predicts 11 extra wins for the Cavs, but of course no Parker or Wiggins next year...

This board does have a trade thread to place ideals like this. Melo is just a rental for the Cavs, so the answer is no. I can't see Melo signing an extension with the Cavs.
