The Cavaliers need to play the bulls for the whole 48 minutes. The bench need to step up and suport the starters and keep the bulls from thinking that they have a chance to win. I want o the Cavaliers to rip the hearts out of the bulls and destroy what ever hopes and dreams that they may have....Period!!!

Look for the Bulls to start hard fouling Shaq from the start. No one on their team can handle Shaq at all, so the best way for them is to double down on him when he gets the ball, and to hack him if/when he makes a move. Look for Lebron and Antawn cutting to the hoop as a counter to their tactics.

This found this about what rose and the bulls are talking about being more aggressive towards the Cavs...They want to bully the Cavs around...

We definitely talked about it today,” said Rose. “We’ve got to go out and be totally opposite of how we were last game. I think we were not that aggressive on the defensive end. We have to have some type of swagger or nastiness about ourselves. You’ll see tomorrow.

“No excuses,” said Rose. “Tomorrow we’ve got to come out and start hitting people. No And 1’s. We got to hit people first. If somebody comes down the middle, we’ve got to be aggressive. Tomorrow’s gonna be an aggressive game.

“That’s the way they call the game,” he said. “I can’t say nothing about that. Hopefully, the refs look at what they are doing. We’re still gonna go out and play the game and see if we can get some calls. I know one day it’s gonna change. I cannot get mad. I learned from the New Jersey game (seven turnovers) the refs weren’t calling it right and I got frustrated a little bit. It’s got to change one day.

When a team tries to be more aggressive, don't more fouls tends to call on them? What will rose say then wheh their teammates start fouling out of the game in game 2? Or what will happen with they start getting hurt when bouncing off of Shaq and Lebron like ping bong balls?

When a team is more aggressive offensively it tends to get more calls. But if I understand what they are saying is that they want to be more aggressive defensively, which of course means they would most likely get more calls against them if we continue to go inside.
If we start to settle for jump shots against their "more aggressive defense" then we would get less calls presumably. However, I dont see this Cavs team backing down against their more aggressive defense. I think it is laughable that they think hitting our guys harder to prevent the and ones is going to help.
Its been tried before, and Lebron is used to it. With Shaq on board this year the opponents, whoever they are will find out that it will be a lot more painful to themselves when they attempt to commit hard fouls, and that what goes around comes around in that regard.

Expect a win. Lebron was average in game 1 by his standards, so he should play better in this one.

If CHI starts trying to foul and hack inside, especially on Shaq, Lebron will shoot 20+ FT's with them in the penalty - so I hope they try it.

Also if they start laying hard fouls on Lebron, they can expect the same to Rose. He already has been injured by Dwight Howard twice on hard drives to the basket in CHI games I have seen. He doesn't have the frame Lebron does to absorb those hits.

So CHI should be careful with that.

I'd rather just make him try to make touch shots in the paint. You only foul people hard if you are worried that their scoring is something that could hurt your team. I have no fear of Rose or the Bulls at all.

Meh, the Wizards always tried these tactics and it got them nowhere. Rose is very good but the Bulls don't have enough firepower to make this a real series.

the bulls trying to get physical with us? i'm not trying be disrespectful to them or anything, but they really don't have anyone that plays a physical game. it seems like the type of plan that would blow up in their faces...kind of like that wizards plan a few years ago. it'll be interesting to see if they try it

^I could see Brad Miller laying some cheap shots. He is friendly with Lebron though so doubt he does it.

Noah can't afford to intentionally foul. He has enough problems dealing with Shaq.

I still remember vividly the elbow that Lebron hit Blatche with in the playoffs. Blatche was even more of a non factor after that (if that was even possible then). I really believe that was the moment that Lebron had enough and became the leader he needed to become. Back then he had nobody else to get his back physically on the team, now he wont have to risk a suspension by retaliating that way.
With Shaq in the paint to deter the other team's superstars from waltzing to the hoop it has changed how Lebron is fouled by the other team to some degree. They know that the diesel will be waiting to exact some revenge for any overly hard fouls to Lebron. This isnt mentioned by the media, but will be a huge factor as the playoffs go on.

I think 2nd game will be easier for us.
In game 1 team look like nervous.
LeBron today will play better and will catch his standards. In game 1 was essential but not impressive.

Shaq was a huge factor in Game 1, I don't see him being as effective tonight. But of course Lebron can step up too and still crush the Bulls. :-?

Sick dunk by LeBron. I hope the Bulls keep sending that rookie at LeBron. That just won't work against him. A fired up LeBron(since Johnson is trying to guard him at half court) is very bad news for the Bulls.

Allowing 50 pts against the Bulls! That's really funny.
