Two longtime Moderators on this forum are retiring after a great long run of service to this community.

TheOUTLAW and lj4mvp are both retiring to free themselves up for increased endeavors in their offline life.

Over the years, they have played a big part in leading this community and even as they are retiring, both plan to stick around and post on our forums.

I am grateful for the leadership they have provided and for helping me make the Cleveland Cavaliers forum what it is today.

On behalf of everyone at RealGM, I wish them nothing but the best in their offline endeavors and thank them for everything they gave this community as Moderators.

Please join me in thanking TheOULAW and lj4mvp for the great service they have given this community.

I'm actually glad you brought that up. No, I decided to give up the modship because I'd been spending way too much time online between Realgm and Facebook. So I'm just cutting down on how much time I spend and giving up the moderator position would be part of it. Remember, I've been a Cavs fan since they've existed.

Great job guys. I have been on the board for a few years but just do not post that often. From the other sites that I have visited, I think you both did a dam good job, especially with the situation that this franchise has been and currently in. The amount of hatred this team has acquired over the years takes some serious skill in being a fair moderator. Hats off and enoy.

I retired because my business - http://www.inktastic.com - is taking up my free time. When I heard that TheOutlaw was retiring I decided it was time for me to step down as well and let new moderators take over. We've left the board in good hands with Exile and BMac, who I'm sure will do a great job.

Before I made an account on RealGM, lj4mvp and TheOUTLAW were the first people I've always enjoyed reading posts from. I hope that Outty can stick around even though he is ditching us.. He has done a wonderful job on the forum, no doubt about that. I hope B Mac and I will be fine taking their place.

Being a moderator is a lot of responsibility. Hope you guys stick around.

Don't scare them BR. Personally I think they'll be fine. It ought to be interesting to see who tries to challenge them first.

Just wanted to say that you guys did a great job. Outty, I've always supported you. Thought you did everything you could to keep the board orderly, and if some posters got their feathers ruffled, too bad for them.

does Realgm pay their Mods? seems like alot of work.
