At this point, I say the Browns. I think you have the biggest jumps and drops in standings in the NFL. I think they are moving in the right direction, but have too many question marks right now. In other words, I see the Browns being the best team in a couple of seasons.

Im not a fan of any but I would have to go with the Browns. The Indians hit their peak when they choked against the Red Sox. The Cavaliers will probably never win a title now. Or at least not for another decade or two or three. The Browns just seem likely with Mangini. We will see though.

It sure as heck won't be the Cavaliers. It seems like the Indians have some legit young talent that could make another playoff run in a couple of years, and I don't think the Browns are anywhere close to that right now. Jose freaking Mesa

This is actually a Vegas Prop Bet. The money is on the Cavs because of Lebron James, so I expect things to change some since he departed.
Example:
If you put $100 on the Cavs at -400 the winnings will be $25.
$100 on the Browns or Indians at +450 the winnings will be $450.
Browns (NFL) (Valid Until 2016 Super Bowl)
+450
Cavaliers (NBA) (Valid Until 2016 NBA Championship)
-400
Indians (MLB) (Valid Until 2016 World Series)
+450
Example:
