C. Grant work cut out

Guys, in all honestly here watching the Cavs lately, I can tell one very big thing and that is that Chris Grant has got his work cut out for him seriousily. Lets take a look at the roster here and tell me if I am off base. ( at least the starting roster)
PG- MO Williams/ R. Sessions ( MO has player options after the year he may opt out, and that would leave R. Sessions as starter if that happens. Mo is not a typical PG and is not a good defender at all, Sessions alittle better defender but no the shooter MO is. Bottom Line Sessions would be better fit with other scorers on the team because he distributed the ball better but that is the problem there are no ther scorers which takes me to the next position.
SG-A.Parker- Obviousily a stop gap will probably be gone next year as contract expires. Bottomw line NO Shooting gueard in place as of now.
C- Anderson Varejoa/R.Hollins. Andy is so playing out of position right now, he is bench high energy player who can play alittle backup center and power forward. Hollins is just a backup period,9-12 guy off your bench. Bottom line: NO Center is place either.
SF-J.Moon/J.Graham/J. Williams- all bench players who cannot score or shoot well on a regular basis.
8-12 points a game does not cut it for a starting small forward in the NBA unless you are getting alot more scoring from SG,C or PF. Bottomw line: NO SF in place or on roster as well.
PF-JJ hickson/A.Jamison- Hickson has alot of upside, but the more I watch him the more I feel it will always be that song and dance. I see a player with a load of ability but He does not get it, and well I do not like the judge but JJ may not be the sharpest tool in the shed and this may be his downfall, hope Im wrong on this one. Jamison- just here until contract expires or gets unloaded for cap room for someone else 35 yrs old enough said. Bottom line- PF ???? maybe with Hickson, but my gut tells me probably not.
So in alll, Sessions would work if had scorers who need the ball as he can distribute fairly well and give you 11 to 14 point a game with decent D and good foul shooter.
Other than that I see probably 4 starting positions on this team that may need to be adjusted through getting other players. In other words, we are a long ways away and this roster could look totally different in 1-2 years easily. Give me your thoughts.
