A Moment of Silence For LeBron Thursday night?

Not the good moment of silence.
Come thursday night, when lebron goes to blow his puff of powder, the entire crowd.. and i mean everyone should collectively turn their backs on him and not even boo him. Everyone should just ignore this act, while its being televised in national television. This would be a very powerful statement. He'll expect to be boo'd, and he will be for the entire night. but for a few seconds we can choose to not care about him.
Its probably too late to even have this happen, but if the cleveland fan base can get the word out, that would be sweet.
