I hated his subsitution in rthe 4th QTR so so much ,he always bench his staerter in the start of the 4 TH QTR

Weren't we down like 25 points to start the 4th? Byron is safe for the time being.

Hes a great coach, we would be morons to fire him.

The Lakers will gladly trade Mike Brown for him... therefore, I say, lets stick with the coach we were lucky to get. It's not as though his replacement would be Phil Jackson or Greg Popovich. It would be a Paul Silas, Randy Whitman, etc.

Everyone knew there would be bad seasons between Lebron and the next playoff run. Few teams avoid the rebuild. But look at the payoff in Chicago and OKC. Lets be patient. Unlike the other Cleveland teams, Dan Gilbert has both the money and the need to produce a winner. I'll cast my lot with him.

You've got to put the starters on the bench at some time. I don't see him getting fired at all at least until we get some players. He's actually overproduced with the current squad.

I see him getting about two more seasons. He has a bottom 3 roster in the league which features about 3 NBA caliber rotation players at this moment(Kyrie, Jamison, Varejao). I imagine that we won't look to make a change until he has some actual talent and then fails.

If he coaches us up to being the 8th worst team in the league, his ass better get fired. Bench Jamison already, he's gotta have some tendinitis.

Expectations are low, so Scott has some job security right now.
