We COULD do a lot of things. Heck it seems like Chicago likes Barnes we COULD trade the pick to them. If the 11 isn't involved too I'm not interested. There's a big drop off of talent after 5.

I hate twitter. I will always hate twitter. This isnt news, somebody should tell that to Alex Kennedy. News is that "Portland has talked to (insert team) about moving 6 and 11 for #whatever and #whatever", monkeys "could" fly out of his butt too, sucky journalism is what this is. Twitter sucks.

Could happen..

I am going to assume both teams would just wait until after the first 3 picks come off the board before pulling any type of deal like this.

Seems pricey. Portland moved up from the 4 to the 2 in '06 and it only cost us Krhyapa. Memphis gave Mike Miller to move from 3 to 6. The Wizards traded the 5th pick completely for Randy Foye and Mike Miller. I might still do it, but not sure Portland would.

all depends on leverage.

in your second and third examples the pick trading team dumped some contracts
