Is there any validity to Scott not coming back next year?

All over the radio its Scott would be a better coach for Vets and not Rooks.

Then their talk he is not the best defensive coach and if he stays his staff has to go for a person or two who teaches defense

Is this for real?

I know we suck but the people we have are not top flight be honest?

Besides that how's coming here?

Stan Van Gundy, your not getting his brother.

A college Coach Maybe.

I know this sounds crazy but I'd love to see Charles Barkley coach. His message would be awesome to young players and he hates to lose plus he never got his ring as a player.

IMO, the only way Scott doesn't return next season is if they try to shove some staff changes down his throat and he refuses. Some people are concerned about the effort the team is showing, but one of the things he's done well was to get effort from a team that had no reason to give it - and it's unrealistic to expect him to maintain that for 3 seasons of craptastic losing.

Player development is job #1 at this point.

He deserves to get fired. This team isn't great, but we've played like a bunch of losers.

I would be shocked if he makes it past the next few days.

He taught Kyrie and Dion some good things, but its time to get someone to teach the importance of defense to Kyrie and someone who can install an actual offensive system.

Remember Scott was supposed to bring the Princeton offense with him, but anyone who thinks we are running even any bit of an offense havent been watching many games.

Early possibilities:

Mike Malone
Brian Shaw
Stan Van Gundy
Yes, I'll go ahead and say it.. Mike Brown.
