Reaction to the Finals

Post#1 » by jbk1234 » Fri Jun 21, 2013 4:13 am

As a Cavs fan, I think I liked it better when the Heat was making quick work of their adversaries last year. Getting my hopes up (twice) that the Heat would actually lose was tough. Thoughts fellow Cavs fans?

I'd rather watch good basketball. Imagine how good that team would be if Bosh didn't suck. Or if they had a center or real pg. They still destroyed the spurs on defense.

I would feel differently if the series turned out differently. Still can't believe the Spurs let game six get away.

I thought bosh had a really good series ( i know his stats arent great). Wades worse.

Anyway my reaction is spurs let one get away. Something their players or fans will never be able to forget. Sucks.

Bosh had a better series than people seem to realize. Sure he wasn't scoring but it's not easy having to guard someone that outweighs you by 50lbs.

He's no Jordan.

Bosh needs to go. You can't be paying $17M+ a year for that.

Ginobili never met a turnover he didn't like.

I dislike "Bang".

Somebody need to pay Chris Anderson this offseason.

exactly, Bosh is good, but he is getting paid about the same as wade and Lebron

Hello guys...........about bosh......

we do not win a championship with out bosh this year or last year. Bosh had a couple of key blocks in game 6 against the spurs and was key in that win.

Last year we went to 7 games against the celtics. we won one of those games because bosh had a phenominal game.

To sum it up we do not win last year or this years championships without bosh.

Just a thought from a humble heat fan.

GO HEAT.

I honestly think bosh is worth more than wade now.

Even if you disagree therehes been big in their 3 playoff runs. Not so much offensively this time round but he really fought and elevated his game defensively. He's worth the money they save on james because he plays when it counts.

It will be interesting to see what they do with that team this offseason. They are great, but the writing is clearly on the wall. Wade's health is becoming a serious issue and the age and health of quite a few of the major role players like Allen, Battier, and Miller is a major concern for them as well. With no cap space or flexibility you have to think they will float Bosh to see what kind of offers they can get. They are going to start to feel the strain of trying to keep the team impressive enough to keep LeBron there. Should be really interesting.

According to Stephen A. Smith, if Miami keeps their team intact & don't make any significant additions he see's Chicago or Indiana beating them in the playoffs.

Personally, I'll believe that when I see it. Both teams can beat the Heat up but at the end, their talent prevails.

If Rose didn't have a vagina, it might have been Chicago this year.

I'm not saying Bosh sucks (even though I said it earlier), I was one of the only people praising him last year. He just needs to step it up.

The funny thing to me was that the Heat were actually at their best with Bosh and Wade on the bench. LOL

Hell, the Heat actually lost their leads when LeBron sat and Bosh and Wade were on the court.

I think he did though, His defense was great. Obviously Duncan abused him at times but bosh fought hard and did as good as he possibly could, which is all you can ask. He also altered a lot of shots of other players just like he did in last finals. He stepped up that part of his game for the finals greatly imo.

Offensively not so good but thats partly due to spo being an idiot and running nothing through him. Making him a 3 point shooter against indiana etc.

I think especially wade made them struggle offensively. Partly because hes a dumb offensive player now and doesnt really play in teh flow of the game and secondly with him and lebron struggling from outside it was just pack the paint and easy job. Once it was lebron and shooters, different story.

it's pretty hard to beat lebron four times in a series...he's just that much better than everyone else right now

Miami would have to be 2/3 seed to see Indy/Chi back to back.
