Kevin Love

I'll admit that I haven't had an opportunity to watch this team yet, but most of the times I look at the box scores, K Love usually looks like a non factor really and looks like he isn't featured in the offense all that much. First off, how accurate is that? Secondly, what are the odds of the lad leaving in the off season? I know I'm a Lakers fan, but I don't want him on the Lakers so don't attack me for asking about him. :D

I wouldn't worry. Houston can put together a far more attractive trade package to put K. Love next to Dwight.

Is there any worry of him leaving though?

for me none whatsoever. It's far too early to be judging and I think he is in this for the long haul barring any serious fallout with LBJ.

Not only would I worry about kevin love leaving for LA.. I would also worry about LeBron leaving as well.. Can you win a title with a 30 year old LBJ, a talented ball hogging pg in irving, and a kevin love who dosent even fit well with LBJ.. I watch love for many years, although he filled the Stat sheet, he's not a closer and dosent know how to win..It's a matter of time before a fall out between James and love.. cause love is a punk.. 2 months in and your coach isn't working out either... Big problems in Cleveland..

Yeah, Love would much rather be in LA with an even older Kobe and in a ball sharing situation that makes what he's going through in Cleveland look like a shooting drill.

I definitely think Love can leave, been saying it since the summer.

@king stanis The cavs have a much better team than LA that is obvious. But kobe gets some unfair criticism about his style of play. For all of kobes "ball hogging" the Allstar players he has played with have all posted the same numbers as the ones they posted on their previous teams(shaq and gasol)

Kevin Love has absolutely zero intentions of leaving. He's here as long as LeBron is. (Who also has zero intentions of leaving FYI)

Love is the 2nd best player on this team. This team isn't going to work unless Kyrie accepts being a 3rd option and focuses on defense, distributing, and managing the game a lot more so than scoring. Lebron and Love both have proven to be better and more efficient scorers. Currently, it seems like James is barely the 1st option with Kyrie basically playing the same as he always has and trying to share being the first option. Love certainly needs to give a much better defense effort but I think he has not been utilized properly offensively thus far. Whether that is the fault of Blatt or Kyrie or something else I don't know.

Love openly mocked the Lakers when people kept pestering him about it. He's not going there.

Hello Cavs fans.

I wasn't sure where to post this question so this seems as fitting a thread as any.

I promise I am not trolling! Despite being an Orlando Magic fan, I have lived in Big 12 country for quite a while. So I was pretty high on Andrew Wiggins in the draft and was hoping Orlando could grab that top pick. He has the off nights that every rookie has, but he is already a fantastic defender and has recently turned on a new gear offensively.

As a result, I can't help but ask... considering one is on a rookie scale contract while the other is not and will soon require a massive new contract, does anyone here think it would have served Cleveland better to hang on to Wiggins?

There is too much talent in Cleveland to already give up on the roster they have built but that doesn't mean other options may have been better... right?

LeBron wasnt coming unless the Love deal was already worked out. So you have to look at the deal on the whole. Wiggins for Love and LeBron? No brainer.

If that is true then of course it is a no brainer. Most assumed that by signing Lebron, the Cavs became favorites but unless there was a tampering charge worthy agreement in place already, saying Lebron wouldn't be in Cleveland if Love hadn't later signed is a bit silly.

Regardless of what those facts are. The question is still an interesting one.

Who would Cleveland fans rather have alongside Irving and Lebron? Kevin Love on a max deal or Andrew Wiggins on a rookie contact?
