how come we never signed Romeo Travis?

Admittedly I have no idea what kind of style he plays, nor if he's any good, but he has been playing overseas since 07 and still does.
Him & Dru Joyce played in the summer league but that's it.
now I'm not saying give him a guaranteed deal or anything like that. We already did Bron & still continue to do him a lot of favors, but a 10 day would be significant on it's own. I mean we even signed Seth Curry & Mychel Thompson at one point.
