it's a loophole to bypass the curse, plus obviously the basketball god is from Akron, it only makes sense.
Akron has far more nba talent and it just makes sense.
We can keep the Q in Cleveland and just go about it a la Detroit/Auburn Hills.
Charlie Share (first draft pick in NBA history, #1 in 1950), Nate Thurmond, Gus Johnson, LeBron James, Stephen Curry, JaKarr Sampson and that list is pretty incomplete. C.J. McCollum, Eric Snow, Kosta Koufos if we're counting Canton. and that's without suburbs.
If basketball god is from any city, it has to be Akron.
In comparison, Cleveland currently doesn't have a player in the nba, Norris Cole was born in Dayton.
