This guy is like the ultimate X factor, and a bit of an enigma. He's seemed passive in the preseason, which is good and bad: good because he has a good head on his shoulders (isn't forcing things), but bad because he has to be the second option after Love; Sexton looks like he might seize that opportunity.

Not sure Hood is going to ever be a true 2nd option on a contender but for now he likely has every opportunity to show more and maybe he can be just that once he adapts to the role he has to play defensively playing starter minutes against other starters.
All that being said Swish looks in excellent shape and may give Hood a legit run for his $ on the starting 2 job.

It really depends on his defensive effort IMO. If he makes a concerted effort on that end, he could eventually make an all star team. If he doesn't, it's probably Crawford.
