tbh if there are not some trades pretty soon I am not sure what to expect going forward for this season , are they not tanking and suck because they really suck or are they tanking for another season...I see a team that so many times has just packed it up early in a completely winnable game then I see them never get going in a blowout , but then they put together a really impressive game and can't finish it suddenly like the lights got turned off in the 4th .
either way they need to keep that 1st so tank or suck they must regardless

I wish there was a way to get Cedi involved more consistently. When hes a actual part of the offense he looks good but so many times it looks like he is fazed out of the offense completely and he just stands around passing on the perimeter.

Im not sure its even possible until Love/TT get moved but the team is so much more refreshing when we have a wing player looking aggressive instead of just having PGs and big men take every shot.

right they both are better when they run than any other sets. if the Cavs would have traded back into the lottery and drafted a rim runner like Hayes or better yet a freak athlete that can play the perimeter game like Sekou we would have seen Sexton Cedi and said player developing just that. As it stands they did not. I hope they see that and at minimum get somebody that can run in 20

Yeah he does but he is actually best when he cuts and attacks off dribble, we saw that last year with him where he took a leap to almost look like a crappy LeBron type. He is our only wing (maybe minus KP) that can drive the ball which adds another element to the offense for balance.

Right now I feel like 95% of the offense is PG (Sexton, Garland, Clakson) ISO or its dump it down to a big (Love, TT, Nance) in the post and see if they can score with a little hookshot from the block. Its sooooo 2 dimensional right now on offense and its missing any consistent involvement from the wing player.

Im not sure about the metrics but Ive noticed that they play better when Cedi is aggressive + involved attacking. They always seem to have good games when hes out there looking for his shot.

yeah he has the ability to alter the other teams game plan when he is aggressive much in the same way KPJ has shown a couple times when use is higher.
I think overall Cedi is underpaid for what he can bring to any roster, but as long as he continues to struggle with his shot he is at risk of never having the green light longterm that he still gets on occasion depending on match ups.

AC has his moments ... he mentioned Cedi shoots better from a stationary spot and Beilein has adjusted for that. If we want to see a wing running around like Korver and knocking down 3's we'll have to wait for Windler (or someone not on the active roster).
