I've watched three minutes of this game and it might be enough.

I'd start fining our guards every time Wade or Windler check in and don't touch the ball. Like, you can't even use them as decoys if they don't touch the ball.

I'm done watching. The Spurs aren't even more talented than us in terms of top 3 players. But they've got better vets and they're just a far more disciplined team.
It's not just the simple Simon offense we run, it's that we break away from the simple Simon offense we run and default to what's comfortable individually when the defensive pressure gets turned up too high.
The only reason we beat the Celtics was because they were dumb enough to guard our back court from 3 point range when it's completely unnecessary and stayed home on Wade when no one is passing it to him anyway.
Also, Sexton's defense flat out sucks when he's unmotivated. He's worse than Garland defensively when he plays like that.

Lol, apparently they came back and made a game of it. Based on the +/- it was mostly our G Leaguers.

Nance was the head of the snake but Broderick Thomas showing he is a 2 way player was a nice surprise

I’m getting to the point where I’d just accept a Windler trade because we’re never going to use him and I hope he blows up to make us look foolish.

Just no. You start benching your guards or find another coach who can properly motivate them to play basic organized basketball.

fwiw, I heard the Cavs were high on him. It's possible they tried to be clever figuring they'd take Windler and then trade for the 30th and likely end up with either Johnson or Porter Jr.
