And on the other end Sexton is producing the most wild, clueless drives to the hoop.

This Cavs team is reminding me of the bulls last year. Horrible point of attack defense from the guards leaving the bigs scrambling

Horrible offense in general - everyone just chucking shots behind the arc. They don't even seem to want to score easily from paint.

I'm not sure how much more of this I can watch. That Lauri trade is looking like a mistake. I'd rather have DJJ and that Portland 1st. At least then, we could attach the first to guys for upgrades.

I don't know if my computer can handle both pirate streaming ads and Real GM cookies.
I'll try...

Do you think RRubio is playing well?
He's not.

Bit better than yesterday, bit worse than tomorrow.
He's having middle-man RR games so far.

But just give him two or three more games to enforce his grip on the team's command.
And then you'll realize what playing welll actually means when it comes to him.

First game we weren't outrebounded and it's a W.

If you get better at collective positioning, you get automatically better at defense and rebounding.
Then, you just need to nail your fair share of shots (or dunks or FTs) to have legit chances to win.

If you add focus, consistency and toughness to that, you are a PO team.

Didn’t get to watch but the box score looks like we should have lost by 35

The Bulls are playing enjoyable basketball at the moment but there is always something extra in watching "the next big thing". Truly a remarkable talent!

Ricky and Mobley will turn this thing around if they are allowed to.

I noticed Ricky being backdoored a few times, that very unfamiliar for him. His positioning seems odd at times, overcommitting to help. This is usually a defensive team concept, not a players decision. Ricky is one of the top guards defensively in this league (mostly by anticipating plays and helping / showing up where he isnt expected to, causing turnovers and charges) and he wont get blind sided like this very often.

Still confident for this team and an entertaining season unless someone decides to pull the plug and go full tank mode.

Or basically when we trade Ricky and Garland gets hurt again?

It comes down to how much credit can we give the Cavs defense for holding Atlanta to 95 pts. At this point, calling it a fluke seems the safer bet.
