Solid win and a solid performance by the starting five (Mobley does not look like a rookie) and KLove was more than enough vs a depleted Jazz. A few highlights in Lamar with a great performance (no Gobert probably helped making some of those drives), Markkanen had his first good shooting night, Garland with a triple-double... Rondo was out, but the team did enough. Keep it up and can't wait to see how the team performs in the playoffs (I for one would love to see Love there still in a Cavs jersey).

Yeah, who knew ... apparently having some big men is important. Makes me greedily wish we'd held on to Hartenstein, maybe convinced him we'd trade him if another team was willing to commit to starting him or some such.
Supposedly he threatened he'd go play in Europe, but yet here he is playing 17mpg on a minimum contract for the Clippers and had to fight for that (could had been cut in training camp).
Some reports that Garland is dealing with some back pain, which has not been particularly obvious; but that may explain why his shot has been off of late.
Good thing we held on to Goodwin (sorry Tacko) ... he hasn't done much other than play hard, but at least he looks like an NBA player and doesn't seem overwhelmed by the physicality/length/speed/etc.
Lamar is doing a nice job subbing for Isaac. Here's a link to a player comparison for the two, note how close their per36 numbers are ... which isn't to say Isaac didn't have room for improvement ...
