Just missing an IMo sighting

According to John Michael/Brad D, that zone has caused team's to shoot 33% from three this season. We shot 35% against which is wild because it felt like our lineups had no spacing today.
I do think we have a good counter for the zone when Mobley is in where he can make a play from the middle of the floor.

That's pretty much the point. Every other team in the NBA makes the Cavs shoot over 4 defenders with one foot in the paint.

That's how most teams play most teams, especially the ones without rim protectors.

Not when you can make them pay for doing so.

And we did tonight.

Right, but the ball movement was a lot better because the Heat left the top of the painted area for Mobley to operate out of which forced them into all kinds of Helter skelter rotations.
They're a well run organization for the most part, it's the regular season, and they're short handed, but it's really stupid to deploy the same defensive scheme regardless of your opponents strengths and weaknesses.
