Congratulations on a successful trade.
Due to Cleveland and Miami being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. Cleveland and Miami had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

What makes you think Shaq is still a championship caliber player ???

Shaq hasn't played basketball at a high level for over a year and a half...

Pros:

1. You can get rid of Larry Hugh
2. You get Wright who is an outstanding defender
3. Shaq gives you low post presence (50% FG), better than Z shooting 15 feet jumpers

BTW, I do it...

I like D-Wright, and I hate L-Hughes..
