Curry/Bibby to Cleveland? Cle/Sac/NY trade

Thomas is making it known that Curry is available for anything that someone will offer (Dolan doesn't like him) - Sacramento is still looking to get rid of Bibby - Cleveland may be open to a 3-way involving these two teams.
The breakdown:
Cleveland gets:
Mike Bibby, Eddy Curry, Malik Rose, Randolph Morris
Cleveland sends out Eric Snow, Cedric Simmons, Damon Jones, Donyell Marshall, Drew Gooden, 2nd round pick in '09 and cash to NY
NY Gets:
Cedric Simmons, Donyell Marshall, Kenny Thomas, Damon Jones, 2nd round pick ('09) -from CLE, Cash (from Cle)
NY sends out Malik Rose, Eddy Curry, Randolph Morris
Sacramento gets:
Drew Gooden, Eric Snow
Sacramento sends out Mike Bibby and Kenny Thomas.
Why everyone does it:
Cleveland:
Cavaliers get a point guard who can distribute and help score, allowing Larry to go back to the SG. Eddie Curry takes Andy's role off the bench -Andy starts. Malik Rose will also be a bench contributor, albeit on a much smaller basis. Randolph Morris is a possible future center for the Cavs who gets absolutely no play-time in NY. Cavs take on Curry's 3 year deal for slightly more than the two year deal they were paying Drew...Curry will also provide valuable relief should another BIG go down. Sasha moves back to bench, replacing the vacated spot of Damon Jones. 2nd round pick is easy to give-up because cavs will get much deeper and talented with very little effort and can use 1st rounder on a future PG.
Sacramento:
The Kings get the PF they have been wanting, at the price they like...plus he is young, and fit's coach Theus' defensive plan for the Kings, as Drew has been playing with the defensive-minded Cavs for 3 seasons. Kings also dump Kenny Thomas for Eric Snow, who will be a valuable asset in mentoring the young point-guards in Sacramento - and Eric is a defensive wiz and team leader. In the process, the Kings dump salary.
New York:
The Eddy Curry/Randolph experiment didn't work. Dolan doesn't like Eddy, and nobody will take Zach...that means Curry has to go. In return, New York gets Donyell Marshall who is a team-player that doesn't cause trouble, costs much less and is an expiring contract next season. Cedric Simmons is a project for New York, and basically takes the place of Morris only with more potential. Damon Jones can take-over at the point and give New York a consistent shooter. In addition, Damon expires next season. Kenny Thomas is the bad part of this deal, but to get rid of Curry and Malik for more talent , less baggage, less contractual length a 2nd round draft pick and cash...this is a no-brainer for the Knicks.
All teams involved in this deal win. Cleveland adds to their luxury-tax, but only by a couple million. They also lose Gooden's contract which would have been part of 35 million in expiring contracts next season... but Curry is more talented than Drew, and can play with the stronger centers, when Z can't. Sacramento does EXACTLY what it wanted to do...get rid of Thomas, and Bibby for lower contracts that yielded a good player. New York gets more talent and unloads the baggage of Curry. In-addition they recieve two players who expire next season, giving them nearly 10 million to use for trades and possibly speed-up their rebuilding process.
