Eh, Arenas is a moron but I actually think he's right. The Cavs have been barely 500 since the trade (what's funny is that I don't think most of the other teams below them have been any better). Of the top half of the East, I'd want to play the Cavs as well. In fact, I doubt that the Cavs will even be favored in this matchup. Not meaning to sound like a Wiz fan, but I still think we could beat them if completely healthy (it wouldn't hurt if the team could have gotten to know each other a little better as well).

Meh.. Maybe they can beat this team, but it's not the same team... They simply couldn't beat the team we had with Drew and Larry in the playoffs..
The team we have now is complete junk.. If Washington beats us, whatever.. I'm still looking forward more to the draft and off season this year... And I couldn't say the same about the last two years in regards to this team..
The sooner this is done, the better....

I just dont get why the Wizards team feels the need to talk so much junk to the media and online... Its been said that the Celtics are among the worst trash talkers in the league, but there's a huge difference between them and the Wizards, they do their's ON the court and they back it up.
Ive never understood spouting off to the media and talking trash about another team or player. If we were playing any other team I think they could beat us, but I fully expect LeBron to simply not allow us to lose to a team that has been blatently mocking us for 3 years now. The trash talk will have backfired on them once again, and once again Hitachi will be left sitting at home watching the playoffs while posting on his blog and shooting free throws all night long again after we finish them off.

I agree with Outlaw--the Cavs are certainly the most vulnerable of the top 4 seed in the East. Between all the new bodies and the injuries to pretty much everyone, it's hard to tell how the Cavs are going to do.
I still maintain these Cavs can win any playoff series they are in. But I do also think the Wizards can beat them. And Arenas sure talks alot for being one of the biggest playoff choke artists of the last 5 years...

It's not whether you win or lose, it's how good you look playing the game

Obviously you guys have a chance with Lebron, he is that good. I'm not a fan of his, AT ALL, but that's because im a Wizards fan, so thats just how it's gotta be.
I can't wait for this series, last year was such a let down with the injuries and the year before that was an amazing series.

Actually if the Wiz don't sweep the Cavs this year they should be ashamed, just as the Cavs should have been last year if they hadn't swept the injury plagued Wiz. Then Boston'll send them home to start figuring out how to sign Gil and 'Twan for more than the 28 mil they made this year so they can dog it for a couple years while Washington reverts to mediocrity.

I think this series will really depend on the refs. I watched their first round series two years ago when the Wiz/Cavs went six games and LeBron had two game winners at the buzzer that could have easily been W's for Washington. His steps were almost as bad as last night's game in Philly (how did that not get called?) Last year isn't even worth mentioning as the Wiz were down to Jamison and a bunch of role players. If this series goes 7, the Wizards are done. But I'm picking Wizards in 6.

he only traveled in the third game. the game 5 winner was just a result of the wizards "excellent" defense

Never ever give Lebron motivation, remember when Chris Bosh's girlfriend was yelling at Lebron and then he just went off in the fourth quarter then he pointed to her at the end of the game and said "this is your fault" I hope he points at Gill when the Cavs when the series in 6 and says "this is your fault"

It will be their fault. For whatever reason the Wizards just have to talk to the media. I loved both Devin's and LeBron's responses last night when they were asked about the trash talking Wizards. Both of them said something to the effect of: "That's their game, that's what they feel they need to do. We don't do that, but we will be ready for them to do it." That's class, and that's why Im glad Im a fan of the Cavs.
The series 2 years ago really was one of the best playoff series I've ever seen. Actually if I hadnt been posting on realgm it probably would have been better since I wouldnt have known that all of Washington was whining. I know its foolish to hope that the whining wont be there this year, since it hasnt gone away since, BUT I just hope it stays off of the Cavs board this year. I still dont understand how they can go on and on about how the refs let LeBron do anything when Gilbert shot more free throws than LeBron in that series and got to the line at will. Oh well. I am looking forward to another great series, and I just hope our guys find a way to step it up between now and this weekend.

How many times did Washington beat Boston this year?
Talking trash, LeBron talks trash, good ol-mr. 4 step. He knows this year the Wizards are healthy, Wizards in 5
The calling of LeBron any other name than his or some other respectful nickname is considered baiting on the Cavs board. This has been the case for years now

Well first of all I dont see what the Wiz beating Boston has to do with anything I said? I think you may have missed the point here. My point was that while both Boston and Washington are known as teams that talk a lot of trash, Boston at least keeps their's on the court unlike the Wizards who spout off to the media any chance they get.

The mod on this board is a cry baby, you edited my post for call Labron James Le Travel........
Outside of Cleveland, James is known as a 3-4 step man. The name fits him.
I'm just saying he walks ALL THE TIME, nothing else. He's a great player, but the refs make him elite.

Wait a tic... A Wiz fan calling someone else a cry baby???

Why dont you go back to your board with all your fellow Wiz fans and continue working on your whining about the refs techniques. Maybe this year they will actually make you feel better.

And all the Wizards fans do is cry about LeBron James... Seriously, you guys never shut the hell up about it..
I guarantee you that if the Wizards beat the Cavs in this series, Cavs fans will not be whining up a storm about the Wizards...
There won't be threads about a Wizard player breaking his legs...There won't be a thread about F THE REFS and a Wizards player... None of that will be on this board..
Why ??
Well simply because our mods have enough common sense to not have that stuff up there, and most importantly, as Cavs fans, we simply don't cry about it like the Wizard fans..
The only Wizard fan that I have come across that has at least shown that they're a normal functioning person is Donkey... The rest of you pretty much fall short...
