ummmmm.....

no

zach randolph is 2 much of a distraction for this ball club...

and nate is not a true point guard, which i believe would benefit us better

I'd have to debate whether I'd want Randolph if he was available for free. There is no way I'd give up a first for him. Robinson is more of a novelty to me. He's a scorer off the bench. Overall, I'd say no.

The Knicks are going to have to pay to get someone to take Randolph.

His cons pretty must stand out against his pros..

Pros - Great offense, decent jump shooter / rebounder

Cons - Off court issues, poor defense, weight problems, bad contract, injury prone

Well, that's all I can think of on the top of my head since I just kind of woke up.. But nevertheless, the Cavs are not willing to take any chance in this trade.

If the Knicks want to get rid of Randolph for an expiring, they will have to package a 1st rounder with him, and even then, they have to find a team desperate enough to do it. I just don't think there's a trade out there that gets the Knicks an expiring contract for Randolph. Otherwise, Portland would have taken it. And Randolph's value certainly hasn't gone up.

No way. I actually wouldn't mind having Zach, but not with 3 years on the contract, and CERTAINLY not for our 1st. I would like to see what he could do with LeBron on his team, but I just don't buy Zach as a changed guy. Plus I don't want to help NY get under the cap for 2010.

The Cavs wouldn't consider this at all so it's not realistic, but I would absolutely think about a deal like this. The Cavs have a huge problem going forward with respect to their big men.

* Big Z is playing well, but aging by the minute
* Ben Wallace is a shell of his former self
* AV is strug-a-ling and even if he has a great season next yr. as I think he will he's going to be gone
* Joe Smith, well past his prime

The Cavs have nothing going on with respect to talented bigs long term. I'm not saying I would make this exact move. You definitely would not get a 1st round pick, but it's something I would personally would have to think about.

The big problem is neither Zach nor NateRob fit in MB's style despite both being good players. Zach has no defense, no heart, no work ethic and will probably gain more weight as he gets older. Nate Rob is a transition type off guard, not a half-court player which is the style the Cavs play.

I'd obviously rather acquire someone like Elton Brand if that's possible.

The only player I'd want from NY would be David Lee.

If you have a prime Ewing, Houston or Oakley to offer, then the NO KNICKS rule will be broken...

Otherwise...

HELL NO !!!!
