You asked 2 entirely different questions in the thread title and your post?
Det will still be good, but the Cavs would have a chance against them even this year.
As for Chicago the draft should help them alot long term but they still can't stop Lebron in a series so who cares.

Could care less.. With an improved roster beginning this summer, and hopefully some health, we'll win the east next season...
We won it last season... Could have potentially won it this season...We should be significantly better next season, so I believe we will win it...
So to be honest, I could care less about Chicago and won't concern myself with them... They aren't of the caliber of Detroit or Boston, and that's who we're competing with so I'm not sure where to place them ?? Probably somewhere between Toronto and Washington..
