Cavs players/coaches/front office

A man I just want to set the record straight,if any of you ever watch cavs games and notice that we have the most terrible offense in the league. Im not gonna sit here and sell you on the cavs players, but this mike doo doo brown offense is offensive, and it brings out the worst in good solid players, this is absolute fact. When guys don't know where they are supposed to be on the court and have to freestlye and freelance around waiting
for the dribbling to stop and take contested jumpshots you loose confidence easy cause the offense is centered around one person,so guys just stand around. mike brown doesn't maximize his players talents and they know it.Larry Hughes was the first guy to figure this out,and im not a fan of Hughes, but he saw the light the cavs front office takes LeBron, Z,and the other talented players on this team for granted. Phil Jackson gets the most out of guys like Famar,Vujicic,Fisher and Turiaf by making them appart of the success,
these guys are average players at best, and Kobe has finally got the revelation of trusting his teammates.LeBron trusts his teamates, but he
has doug collins coaching him. When Paul Silas was here LeBron got easy baskets and Ilguaskus was an all-star on a much weaker roster.LeBron has grown and mike brown takes the credit for it,sure he can coach defense but you can't win games if you don't score, and you can't get players respect when they know in there heart that you are a kiss a** puppet who has no confidence in his players cause you are so focused on job security and keeping the superstar happy.LeBron wants to be coached, and all mike brown and dan gilbert have done is stunt his development,I love the fact that gilbert spends dough but if you spend it on the wrong people whats the point.gilbert made3 huge mistakes 1.Hiring a coach who has never played a NBA game in his life to coach this amazing talent from North East Ohio.2. Firing a well respected coach who has,and on top of that won 3 tittles as a player. 3.He hired this guy before he even had a front office staff thats a** backwords.4. He fired Mike Reggi and brought in f.mcloud 5.he never offered A.C. or Mark Price a position in the organization. The cavs are one of the few teams in all of sports who never carry on tradition. The Lakers coaching staff front office is loaded with played who played with the organization Magic is part owner.Silas had LeBrons respect and the Leagues as well, and if he was still here the cavs could of won in the finals or at least have been more competitive. They called Silas a loose cannon cause he cursed out the front office for shredding Boozers contract and not going after Baron Davis who he also coached as a rookie It's kind of sad really, cause this kid can be the greatest ever.Ginobli and Parker were no names but Popp beleived in them and developed them and it took there games to another level. This guy was with the Spurs but he displays none of the qualities of Popp, and if he was so valuble why did the Spurs and Pacers let him walk.Every player deserves a great coach and thats the thing missing most from LeBron's game, not a post up or a jumpshot.LeBron James is the youngest coach in the league.........
Whoever the cavs trade with will be amazed when the players they receive begin to excell on their new team, and this classic post that took me 3years to voice will be revisited.Holla....................
