First off just wanna say what up to everyone, i'm new to the realgm forums. Been reading them for a while but just recently signed up. I have been a member of the http://www.clevelandcavaliers.com message boards for a while and i'm on cavsfanatic that will replace the old cavs message boards.. With all the rumors floating around i was just thinking of some deals....

Cavs get:
Jermaine Oneal
14th pick (draft rush)

Pacers get:
Brandon Wright
Wally Szczerbiak
Damon Jones
19th pick

Warriors get:
Anderson Varejao
11th pick

Not really saying i would be for getting JO because who knows how healthy he can be but this is something i can see being possible with all the rumors floating around...

Another one since we had the redd/harrington rumors...

Bucks get:
14th pick
Wally Szczerbiak
Sasha Pavlovic

Cavs get:
Al Harrington
Michael Redd

Warriors get:
Anderson Varejao
Damon Jones
19th pick
09 2nd

I don't think having us get Jermaine would be a great idea. The last thing we need right now is another injury prone player. For the second deal, I would consider it but I think we are giving up a little too much.

Welcome to the boards!

I'd probably do the 1st trade; we get the guy we supposedly want, and if JO stays healthy (big if), then we'd be in business. I'm not sure if the Warriors would do that trade, however.

I'd do the 2nd trade without hesitation.

Yea I like the first trade..I don't see why the Warriors in the second trade would move down 5 spots for Varejao..I think they feel pretty comfortable with the spot they are at and the talent that will still be there...

Where are all these new Cavs fans coming from. Oh well welcome to the site. IMO both trades are too good for us eventhough I'm not really a fan of any of the players we'd be receiving.

Been a cavs fan my whole life lol, just because i recently signed up on here dont mean i'm new haha. Been a member on some other cavs message boards for a while like i stated in my post, you guys should check out www.cavfantic.com. Thats the new message boards we have because pretty soon they will close our old one. That one has some pretty cool features, you can post videos in threads which makes it better when you are trying to show off a player you like. They have myspace features but thats only if you like that kind of stuff. You can have your friends list and post pictures of yourself or whatever. Or you can just focus on the forums....

Thanks for welcoming me....

I don't see why the Warriors would do it.

Fair enough....

But i question how much nelson likes harrington from him only getting 25-27mpg and coming off the bench for about 20-25 games last season. I think AV gives them a better rebounder/defender, and who knows.... With that system AV can probably give them 10-12ppg, Av runs the floor pretty well so i think he would fit in well there. I guess the main thing would be them moving down 5 spots in the draft....
