Qualifying Offer?

I kind of feel sorry for all these players getting qualifying offers? They have to hope that a team overpays so their team wont match, a team offers a contract to match, or they spend the year waiting for contract negotiations to take all season so the team can save money. These players are getting stuck behind the wonderful 2010 free agent class and stingy owners trying to save a buck. The next bargaining agreement will probably balance this out.
So hopefully some player will put it to the owners and play it out and see who offers money next season or then force a S&T so owners get something in return. Hopefully we can cash in given the players who have been offered the QO. The players that come t mind: Andre Iguodala,JR Smith, Ben Gordon, Luol Deng, and a couple others. Next season JR Smith if he plays out the offer we can probably sign to a long term deal starting with the MLE but the others may have to take a S&T.
If we got that TE that GS or PHo(I forgot who) is trying to get rid of by 2morrow would we be able to offer someone a contract that wont be matched.(i think it is 10mil)
