part of me feels sympathy but the other part is glad that another team/city can feel an ounce of the pain that we feel/felt
way to go brand...

We feel your pain, Clipper fans.
But Lebron will not be leaving. Either the Nets or Knicks (if either can't land another big name that offseason like Bosh or Amare) will be the ones reeling in 2010. Most likely the Knicks, just from observing how their team has been lately

Wait..... He lied to a blind man and an entire organization to get out of his contract and then refused contact with anyone trying to get in touch with him to talk some sense into him? AND had his agent release him to show he had absolutely zero support of what he chose to do? Not the same situation at all.

im not talking specifics...lets think bigger picture here
bottom line, going into free agency, brand said he would be loyal to the clippers and opted out...he wasn't loyal and left. end.

Not really.. Brand had every intention of re-signing with the Clippers, and said as much today.. He actually took less than what the Clippers offered and less than what the Warriors would have offered I believe ???
He said today the Clippers gave him an ultimatum...

What did Boozer lie about? Are you actually saying the Cavs broke NBA rules and negotiated an agreement for Boozer to resign after releasing him?
If the Cavs did this, they shouldn't have just lost Boozer, they should have been fined and lost draft picks.
The Cavs just made a mistake. They thought they could resign Boozer cheap, and it didn't work. Blame Cavs management. You didn't see the Warriors let Monta Ellis walk last year.
