Shaun Livingston

One sleeper of a signing could be Shaun Livingston. He's still injured, and he hasn't played in over a year, but the guy is only 22, and was projected as a superstar coming out of high school. Even with a broken knee, the guy is still a dynamic ballhandler and passer, and if he's hardworking, he probably has a decent jumpshot now that he's had a year of off-time. Remember that guys often come back from extended leg injuries armed with a good jumpshot (Stoudamire, McDyess, Grant Hill) because they don't have the ability to work on much else.
I do think Livingston's days of guarding the other teams' PG are over, but he would still make a darn decent shooting guard if healthy. Plus since he's 6'7", he's sort of a different mold from Gibson and West, allowing any combination of the three to play together at the same time.
So if the Cavs can sign him to a non-guaranteed contract, or at least one that hinges on incentives, Livingston could definitely help flesh out the Cavs' backcourt on the cheap.
