with the addition of mo will, we will no longer have the high pick n roll with lebron and everyone else just standing around waiting for the ball and shoot it right away. the luxury of having mo will is great, since he is a shoot first pg who knows how and when to pass. given this, we should hire an assistant coach(offensive specialist) who could facilitate our offensive schemes before the training camp.
