Trade for Al Harrington

Any interest from other Cavs fans in Al Harrington? He wants out of GS and I suspect they'll oblige him. If you are interested, what would you give up?
Wally for Harrington and Azabuike? We probably need to sweeten this with a pick or two.
Would you rather save Wally's contract for a bigger deal?
Andy and Pavs for Harrington?
I don't know. Maybe it can't work but I'd rather see a guy with a little more offensive skills starting at our PF position.

Once a player announces he wants out, his value drops SIGNIFICANTLY. Wally for Harrington would be pukish at this point.

I don't think there is any chance that they move Azibuike and I really don't think that the Cavs want to take on this much salary unless it's a trade that really helps the team.

Can we still use Snow's expiring? I'd move that for him.

I think the W's need a PG.

Someone have Mike Brown put aside his personal hatred for Drew Gooden and see if we can get Drew back in a Cleveland uniform since Chicago barely plays him and he gets limited touches.

Golden State definitely needs a PG. That is their main target & local sources say that the W's prefer to trade him to the East.
As for Gooden - he's been the Bulls starting Center in first 2 games & is expected to start tonight.

Paging Michael Jordan......
"According to the source, the Warriors and Bobcats have discussed a trade that would send Harrington, Belinelli, and PG Marcus Williams to the Bobcats for Gerald Wallace, and fourth year PG Raymond Felton...head coach Don Nelson, who is now making all personnel decisions, has already approved the trade and the Warriors are awaiting word from the Bobcats who need team President Michael Jordan to sign off on the deal...this is all true...stay tuned..."
(Here's the link - but the first posting is political & anti-Obama. The basketball story follows it.)

That just goes to show how wonderful a pick Noah was.
Are you kidding me? The first article is saying that Obama is lying because 4 of his 10 favorite songs are from white artists. Not only is the insulting but racist and you think he has some sort of credibility after writing that drivel?

Noah has been playing regularly but is offensively challenged. He was getting on KG's nerves last night & KG gave him a deliberate elbow in the chest & was called for a technical.
Besides, at # 9 there wasnt much else to chose from. Hawes had a history of physical problems. Al Thornton seems ok but Bulls went with the taller guy.
If a "white" person wrote that stuff about Obama, it would definitely be racist but Khoee, the author of the blog, is African-American....

Can we stay away from political discussions in here.. At least make a new off topic thread for it.

I hate poli-tricks. I was just responding to The Outlaw's comment. The only reason i posted the link was to verify the basketball statement - and I warned everyone that there was an anti-Obama message in the link.

I know exactly what and where Gooden is you don't have to tell me pal. He barely gets starters minutes and does not the ball enough. My point was since Chicago refuses to use Drew Goodens deadly offense the Cavs should try and get him back in uniform.

Warriors need PG, expirings. Al has 2 years left, so he's not really all that much money, specially not in 2010.
West and Snow for Al works.
With all the hatred on West during the summer, all the words of redundacy this should be something you'd probably consider?
It only works after december 15th.

I would pass on this deal. Moreso because I like Delonte and would like to keep him.
The proposed deal is relatively fair but I don't see the Cavs doing it
