Yea I watched it Niko. That's an old interview, but I love Gilbert's passion. The media today has been very insulting and presuming LeBron as if he's already a NY player(AC even said so about the atmosphere in MSG). The bottom line is if NY doesn't have a championship caliber ballclub by then, they have no shot at him no matter how much money they have to offer. I'm ready for this game to start, just so this coverage will end. NY is a great city I'm sure, but this is all a little too much. I hope the Cavs run them out of their own building.

Love them....Dam I thought he just said this recently. Im actually relatively happy about some of the articles coming out of ESPN and SI. While the initial reaction of the Knicks deal is....LB is gone......many writers are actually starting to analyze the situation. A few articles said hes not leaving to play with Scrubs...etc. So who knows

Niko, I'm pretty sure that interview was this past summer. When LeBron was in Beijing with Team USA.

I have no idea why people think LeBron won't kill you from 3 if you don't pressure him.

Hilarious that the Knicks are guarding Z with Wilson Chandler

What a crap foul call. It was far less contact than Delonte got when he made his layup but the big man gets the call. Are you kidding me. Clearly the Cavs are not getting any calls here.

So far the Cavs are being suckered in to playing NY's style

LOL, Robinson trying to dunk over LeBron and he misses the bunny.

LeBron will destroy the Knicks and you are right, MSG loves LeBron. He got a big ovation when introduced.

All the Knicks do is toss up 3's.

Eventhough Duhon is currently making shots, I'm okay with him being their primary scorer.

This building is bringing out bad habits for LeBron. He's trying too hard at going one on one. We really haven't done that this season. It might have to do with the fact that Mo and Delonte are missing lots of wide open shots that they normally make.

The Knicks are the most 3pt chucking squad I've ever seen

Unless they get real hot they are in trouble. Don't want to give LBJ transition opportunities

I don't think we've played NY's style too much Outtie so far. The Cavs established Z down low early and got back on defense. Although you may be talking about how many 3's the team has thrown up already in the first quarter. Just keep the turnovers low and the Cavs will be alright.

Considering that the Cavs are going to put up about 3 pts this quarter. This really is not really an exciting qtr. Cavs by 12 after 1.

Good first quarter by the Cavs, 34-22. The Knicks can shoot 3's in bunches though, it'll be interesting how the Cavs start the second quarter with LeBron getting his usual rest.

Sure we went inside to Z twice fact is the Cavs tossed up a boatload of 3's. They did get a bit more disciplined later in the quarter but the fact is that the Cavs have a huge size advantage, they should be punishing NY inside.

Hickson with nice touch around the rim.

Gibson with the drive and pass to Varejao for the finish. That's what I like to see.

They are going inside now.

It's still wierd seeing the bench push leads bigger, even though they've done it pretty consistantly this year. Excellent ball movement.

That was another bailout foul call going the Knicks way.

If this keeps up we might not see LeBron again until the 3rd quarter.
