Hey, Lakers fan here.
I notice that LeBron has play a lot more off ball this season and it has been so effective. Everyone else seems to play better in the offense too. I want to know what kind of offense you are playing? I have read an article somewhere that it says it's the triangle offense. However from what I saw, it didn't look like it. May be it's a tweaked version? Can someone fill me in? Thanks

Its a motion offense, similar to what Utah has run in the past.
