Why does every damn thread that talks about Lebron leaving or being traded get LOCKED!~?!

Some of us would like to discuss this....best way to ruin a forum is to have a bunch of power monger mods running rampant.

If you don't want to read the topic then DO NOT CLICK ON IT.

I'm sick of hearing about it myself. I'd much rather talk about the 2008 team that's tearing up the league than constantly speculate on what may or may not happen in 2010.

If you want to talk about lebron going to another team- go to that teams board and post it. And if you are really a cavs fan.. there's a thread on RCF all for the 2010 FA period. you can post what you want there. We're sick of hearing about it here.

there are thousands of threads because you lock all of the previous threads, if you let it stay open there would be ONE Lebron leaving/staying thread...you know there are more than 8 people that are on these boards. If you don't want to read it, SKIP it, don't look, no one is forcing you to click the button.

I am not sure who runs the RealGM forums, but their goal I am assuming is more traffic, so those ads you see get more exposure and they make more money....locking threads that people are actively participating in does not make them want to come back....

The Cavs section of these forums is one of the deadest....must be the great "moding" going on....

The Knicks board is a welcome place for that kind of thread.

Lebron isn't going anywhere for the next two seasons which makes subject threads here on the CAVs
board about him leaving a little premature.

Your a Cavs fan?? Is that a joke?? If you were a Cavs fan, you would focus on this season and not something two years from now. The chances of him leaving are so slim. We will talk about LeBron leaving in 2010.

I'm looking at the Cavs page now, and there are 4 open threads on Lebron's future. The ones that are locked are the ones that turn into trolls attacked and baiting the loyal Cavs fans, many of whom were rooting for Cleveland long before Lebron. Or the redundant ones, which means pretty much all of them.

The General Board is mighty receptive to all things "Lebron in 2010". A few of the threads there even have some fairly reasonable discussion.
