Personally I love the guy but i am a little bias. I went to St. Edward High School (thats where Jawad went) and I used to go to Basketball Camps there in the summers and he always was there. He was a starter as a Freshman and that was the only year St. Ed's ever won the states in Basketball. He is a really great guy and I know there is not many minutes for him but I think he deserves a little more time in the games. And if we get lucky and Joe Smith's contract gets bought up and we get him, do we cut Jawad or Wright? Jawad did go to North Carolina and i think has some real talent he just needs a chance to prove it. I say, as much as I like him, cut Wright in the situation and split Kinsey's time with Jawad's. I know this is a pointless thread but I am board and want to see hat you all think.

P.S. I am just gonna say it, lets get Damon Jones back....I miss him so much. Plus if we gt him and smith back we would have gotten Mo Williams for free!

We should just stick with getting Smith back.

We'll have Eric Snow's roster spot soon enough(medical retirement thing), so we won't have to cut anybody, if we were to re-sign Joe Smith.

Although it would be kinda fun to talk about getting Mo for free (if we got Damon & Smith back), I think the topic is really mute...as I feel we got him for free anyway. If we would have been able to ship Damon away without paying him...THAT would have been addition by subtraction. We could use Smith (Especially during times of injury), but I am not of the group that feels he is a missing piece. I would much rather have a much bigger guy...like Milicic....who can also shoot.

Yeah I feel bad for Jawad. There is still a chance we might sign him later in the year
