If we get this, should be able to beat WAS on Thurs (though they got Arenas back now) and then a toss-up game in the back-2-back against ORL.
Really if we can win out this week (it will be rough) LA will probably concede HC advantage and start resting players...

should be an easy win. We have to keep LA below us.

I'm not sure why but in reading posts on Mlive Pistons fans seem to think that the Cavs might be better off losing this game to help the Pistons remain in the 7th spot rather than falling to the 8th spot. Personally I think this is ridiculously misguided logic. Fact is, the Cavs are better off winning any game against a team that they might be facing in the playoffs as well as for them to secure the home court. In addition, the Pistons don't scare anyone anymore. If they you think they are scary you need to stop living in the past. Their mental toughness as well as their discipline went to Denver. In addition, it is Chicago that is actually playing well, not the Pistons.

Pistons would be a tough 1st round opponent but they won't determine whether we win the title. Even if it took 6 games we would beat them. But we aren't beating LA without HCA so the answer is obvious.
Win the next 3-4 games and LA will concede.

I don't see why everyone seems to think the Pistons would be a tough playoff opponent. I think they are the worst team in the league that is going to qualify for the playoffs.
I would be thrilled to play them first round.

They have bad chemistry but:
Stuckey
Hamilton
Prince
Sheed
McDyess
With AI off the bench is a talented team. They are underachieving, this team beat us and LA this year for a reason, they have talent.
An inexperienced team like CHI would be a much easier out.

Win. I am not sure who I'd rather play first round. To be honest, it would be the 76's, but that surely wont happen. I don't think it matters much. We will win in five either way.

Im sorry but you guys are nuts if you want Detroit in the Playoffs. Rasheed is crazy enough that in a closeout game would try to take out Mo....Z....LBJ......seriously.....dont want Detroit for many reasons

The Cavs are giving up way too many 2nd and 3rd shot attempts.

We're playing horrible so far. Can't even rebound the ball. Still only a 4pt game.

Another game where the Cavs can't make any outside shots at the beginning.

We're getting owned by Kwame Brown. Enough said.
LeBron isn't aggressive. This game is looking more dangerous than I thought.
