Glad to have him back for the playoffs. He deserves to be there.

I saw him play with the home team the RGV Vipers and the guy does not belong in the D-league. He is a true NBAer. he can score, rebound, and defend. Well I hope he gets a ring with you guys. Good luck in your 'ship run.

^I was reading that he was tearing up the D-league.

He could just be one of those guys who blossoms late. He looked decent in the preseason, I'm glad to have him back. I also read that Ferry signed him with an option that could be picked up next year.

ive been a fan of UNC since i can remember and he was a really good player there. he was an mcdonalds all american also. this guy has talent ive seen him play enough and always wondered why he hasnt quite panned out in the pros. maybe the d-league is helping him out and he can be late bloomer like an above poster said cuz i would love for him to find a niche in the nba. if he can do it on the cavs then even better.

I went to high school with Jawad. He is a few years older but when I was doing the St. Edward Basketball camps he was there leading us. I have had his autograph on a t shirt for almost ten years lol. That's no joke lets hope he turns into a champ then I can sell his signed shirt on e-bay he he. JK love the guy and the way he plays and was devastated when he got cut. Go Jawad!
