Agreed. We need to come out on fire and shut them down quick.

You are also right RevMan26, The Cavs need to comes out and crush, kill and Destroy whatever hope, and desire or dreams the piston may have of winning at all...I want the Cavs to sweep and sent message of fear throughout the league...

I think it's important CLE takes out DET early and tries to win this game by 15+. Go all out to put this team away and take away any confidence they might have.

Lebron has to set the tone early rather than looking to setup others.

Did you watch the game? Yes, Cleveland had a double digit lead for quite some through out the game but Detroit found multiple mismatches early that they went away from. This was no scrimmage, a lot went bad for Detroit and a lot went right for Cleveland, I'm not saying we would of won but this game was much closer then the score indicated. If you truly believe Detroit did not even challenge Cleveland today and make them work, your kidding yourself. Don't forget the number of jump shots that Detroit began to take for no apparent reason when driving was working. On top of that, Cleveland shot 15 more free throws and Rip, Rasheed, Tayshaun all had horrible games. I never expect much from Tayshaun against Cleveland but I do expect Rip to score at least 20 and shoot A LOT better and Rasheed to play better defense.

The Cavs did great today, Mo and West are going to have to step up and play to the calibar of level of offense that they are capable of. The Cavs did good to kept detroit to under 85 points while Cleveland's offense was able to score 102 points against team that is known for great defense....Great game Cavs.

Detroit played horrible defense and you only scored 102 because the score was run up, again, I'm not taking anything away from the Cavaliers they finished the job off but this was a much more competitive game then the score indicated.

At no point in this game did it ever feel like Detroit was going to win it.. None..The 2nd half was about as Yawn as you can get for a playoff game...

Don't get me wrong, I hope they're all like this, but this did not feel like a playoff game...

did you? never once did i feel threatened by the pistons today. cavs were going through the motions the entire game and once the lead got under double-digits, the cavs turned up the intensity and cruised to victory

You weren't because of LeBron, once the lead was cut to eight early in the fourth I thought if they played good defense they sure as hell could of made it a tight ball game, I'm sure none of you felt like it was a "playoff game" because frankly I don't think Detroit would of won I just think it was a competitive game, that's the only point I'm making, It doesn't mean I'm saying Detroit was/is going to win.

Yeah perhaps.. It just feels like if both of these teams are healthy, the Cavs don't feel like the Pistons can win, and it almost looks like the Pistons don't believe they can win... I know that's simply not the case, but it seems like it...

For example: For as depleted as the Wizards were/are, I would feel like they would at least give more of an effort, and would have the confidence to back it up... The Pistons just don't...The Cavs aren't going to let Rip beat them, and it's going to force someone like Stuckey or Bynum to take more shots, and I just don't believe they are good enough to beat the Cavs...

Sheed is not going to get many open looks beyond the arc, and he's never really killed the Cavs from the post, so I don't know how much of a factor he will be ?? The Pistons offense just seems to be a lot of midrange jumpers, and a few 3's..

I think it might make sense for them to at least play the Fabio looking fella to at least keep the defense honest, and allow Sheed to get a few more touches in the post...

detroit did let the Cavs score on them with some easy baskets but the pistons did keep everyone but Lebron in check. detroit's team defense did sucked.

This game reminded me of quite a few games that the Cavs had this season. They just got ahead and coasted. I didn't at any time think that the Cavs would lose that game. I realize that the series is not over but I really don't think there is any change that they can make that would actually allow them to win. Detroit is basically a mid range jump shooting team. That is not a difficult team to defend.

The only guy on Det who can REALLY hurt us is Sheed, but he doesn't seem to care all that much out there...

Like he posted up a couple times and scored, and other than that was just kind of drifting around. He didn't even lay hard fouls like he normally does.
