I wish you guys had enough ammunition to get Jamison. We would love to get rid of him and he would be a great asset for your team..

What do you think?

In retrospect he would have been a nice fit because he would have covered Turkogolu or Lewis better. He also would have been the #2 scorer on the team giving us an option in the post. The only negative was that his contract would not allow the team to sign Lebron and Bosh.

Bosh? You gotta worry about keeping LeBron first and foremost! If J.J. Hickson was the reason the Cavs didn't get Jamison at the trade deadline then Ferry is an imbecile.

Forget about Bosh, you can't wait till the 2010 offseason to make a play for Bosh because you know LeBron will be expecting an upgrade THIS OFFSEASON! Ferry and Cavs fans need to stop worrying about "mortgaging the future" b/c LeBron IS your only future. Without him Cleveland basketball is dead.

The Cavs will have Ben Wallace's huge expiring to use next season. They'd wise to use it to improve their frontline. I suspect a deal with Jamison, Stevenson & Songaila for Wallace & Hickson would be one that could push Cleveland over the top. You can't tell me that Jamison at PF and as a legit #2 option wouldn't have changed the entire complexion of the Orlando Magic series.

I have very little interest in getting Jamison at this point. He is not a long-term answer and that is what LeBron will be looking for in 2010. Now if LeBron were to commit to us this summer and sign an extension, then that may be a different story.
