the 19 million was converting it to brazilian currency. 3 years 19 million realis or 3 years 11 million US dollars.

The way I see it, If Cuban said 3yrs, 11 mill, that's what it is, US $$. I think the translation interpreted 11 mill as Brazil, and equated that as 19 mill US $$. But there was no need to interpret that, because Andy was talking US $$. Besides, do you really think he'd sign for 3yrs 19mill total? At about 6 million a year?
