Yes, the Raptors have improved...but they still have NOT proven they can play defense yet which makes this Trolling attempt thread that much more amusing. I guess the OP thinks this is a good attempt to create a rivalry...but you have to actually beat the CAVs to have that rivalry.

I do believe that the Cavs are the superior team, but I wouldn't be too surprised if the Raptors upset the Cavs on Oct 28th.

Cavs will be playing an emotional home opener against the Celtics that could go down to the wire. Then they play the Raptors on a 2nd night of a back-to-back, while this will be the first game of the season for the Raptors.

The Raptors might be pumped up for their home opener and eager to see how their new improved team does against a contender.

While the Cavs may not be as pumped as they were playing against the mighty Celtics.
