........................................................................................................................................................................Game Notes

Shaq got off to an uninspiring start with his new club, averaging 9.0 points on 47.2 percent shooting and 7.5 rebounds in his first four games, but looked like vintage Shaq in Tuesday's 102-90 win over Washington. The 37-year-old finished with a season-high 21 points on 7 of 9 shooting, easily hitting bank shots and converting hooks. He also had eight rebounds.

LeBron, the reigning league MVP had little trouble scoring against Chicago last season, recording two 40-point games as the Cavs won three of four in the season series. O'Neal had 18 points and eight rebounds in his only game against the Bulls last season, a 122-111 Suns loss on Jan. 31, and is averaging 22.0 points and 9.0 boards in his last three games against them.

Chicago (2-2) arrives in Cleveland following an impressive 83-81 comeback win over Milwaukee on Tuesday. The Bulls trailed by 18 in the third quarter before rallying behind Derrick Rose and Luol Deng. Rose scored 10 of his 16 points in the fourth quarter while Deng finished with 24 and a career-high 20 rebounds.

Deng and the Bulls now try to put an end to their road struggles. Chicago has been outscored by an average of 18.0 points in losing both road games this season and is 13-30 away from the United Center since the start of last season.

Breaking out of this funk won't be easy, though. The Cavs, who are 41-3 at home since last season, have won nine of the last 11 meetings with the Bulls at Quicken Loans Arena.

..........................................................Time to start a winning streak.

Use the same recipe we did against WAS. Feed Shaq early and often and close them out with LBJ. Not expecting any problems in this one, calling 105-94 win.

I am looking forward to see West defend Rose, hopefully he can make all sorts of trouble for him.

Benny's right, they have no way to stop Shaq at all. Feed him early and often to soften them up then let LeBron finish whats left.

The Bulls board seems to indicate that Tyrus isnt play. If true, that's huge because he usually has big games against us.

Rose is still recovering from injury, he's not too much of a threat because of that.

Though he is on my fantasy so here's to a 40-10-10-2-2 night from him but Cavs still win by 20.

Here is run down for Bulls:

Hinrich and Salmons have been Shooting HORRIBLY both from 2pt and 3pt range.

Rose has been nursing an injured ankle and had to miss almost a month and is still trying to recover, he is about 80% and is not in game shape.

Tyrus has a flu like symptoms and has been out for last couple of days. He didn't play against Bucks either. He is not traveling with the team.

Deng and Noah - 2 bright spots early one. Deng is healthy and seems to be vintage Deng from 2+ years back. Noah has bulked up and playing really well (although not getting too many minutes as we would like) as Brad Miller is also playing well and he is a threat from outside.

Vinny still is not all that good of a coach and I hate his lineups at times. I would have put Hinrich as a SG and slide Salmons at SF and Deng at PF instead of playing Rookie Taj at PF (who is always in foul trouble).

Bulls have yet to crack 42% from the field and 2 of the games they have shot miserably bad. The spacing is not good as neither Salmons nor Hinrich can shoot - as they are in the slump.

So I don't see how Cavs not be winning by over 20 points against us tonight.

Good Luck!

Looking forward to Joe Tait's radio call.

This should be a big game for Shaq, esp. with no TT. Lebron has loads of fun toying with Deng, could be some nice highlights.

TT actually flew to Cleveland today, although his status for the game is still up in the air.

I actually like this Bulls team, I mean the way they are putting it together now. When they are healthy, and when Salmons finds his shooting touch they are pretty good. I could see them squeaking into the playoffs possibly this year. If Deng regains his form from a couple years ago they will be a dangerous team.
