First game after a west coast road trip is a notorious trap game. The fact that the Cavs took out the Lakers just makes this game more dangerous. Cavs need to come out with energy and remember that they lost to Houston just a little while ago.

The Rockets always give the Cavs trouble. Hopefully Brooks doesn't go crazy on us either. It should be a tough game, but I like how the team has been playing recently. Need a big game out of JJ and AV against Landry tonight too. He's been on a tear lately.

Well that didn't take too long, the Rockets come out shooting on fire. Already down 12 points.

This reminds me of last year. LeBron only sees the court in the 4th in a dancing capacity. I know people are going to whine about it, but he really only does that when a teammate does something good.

The depth of this team is awesome. Past years I'd expect our entire starting unit back in the game in a few minutes despite being up 20 points. Great job by the Cavs tonight coming out of half and taking control of this one. I'll take splitting a pair with a quality team like Houston. Good luck to Houston the rest of the way.

Cavs win by a score of 108-83. I can't say that we should have won the first game by that amount but fact is, if we'd played even remotely hard it would have been a win.
