Powe

Post#1 » by theodore7107 » Mon Mar 22, 2010 5:33 am

He's overrated and you should give him back to the Celtics. You'll love his game. Appreciate it. His offensive board as well as his knack around the basket are quite exceptional. Check how many fouls he draws too. Lots. Just don't watch him run. You'll see why his knees are so screwed up.

The way he runs down the floor is comedy.. I'm glad to have him on the team though. The guy is a beast and a hard worker.. Anyone else think it would be a good idea to play him against Dwight Howard? Powe would put him into foul trouble quickly.

Yeah, he is quickly becoming one of my favorites. Once he gets a little bit more lift in this legs of his, he will be a really good player for us.

Powe and Varejao are a nightmare front combo to play against. Paired with Superman Shaq or Alternative big Z, is a pretty solid front court, not to mention JJ hustle Hickson and Jamison. Our Forwards give us an enormous arsenal to choose from.

Leon "M'Fing" Powe is what I am calling him now. This guy is playing on one leg and still outplaying most guys every night. He went from an afterthought bench player to a player who I think could start for us if need be. Hope he can stay healthy, because that would be big time to see him 100%

Agreed. I love Leon already and he is limping like an old man out there.

He just knows how to play. Hickson should take some notes on how Leon establishes his position on the block and how easily he draws fouls with ZERO lift.

Imagine if he can rehab that knee over time and avoid further injury, he is still pretty young...

Yeah, Powe is for real. I think he'll be operating close to 100% come playoff time. I honestly believe he should be the first PF off the bench and that Varejao should be the C on the second unit.
I brings the ruckus to the ladies!
