Brewers/Braves Series

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Sun Aug 3, 2025 8:48 pm

Braves have been bad all season but have some talent.

Monday - 6:15 - Priester vs. Fedde
Tuesday - 6:15 - Peralta vs. Wentz
Wednesday - 6:15 - Quintana vs. Strider (also on FS1)
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Lots of storms and flooding in the Atlanta area. We could see delays, maybe a doubleheader. We won't have to give up our day off Thursday, Atlanta has a game that day.

Strider will pitch Wednesday.
Luke Ridnour getting silly all over - throwing mad alley oops to Ilyasova.

Seigler over Durbin again? That's what, 3 straight games?

I don't know this, but I think they may be looking at batted ball and swing data and determining that Seigler is extremely unlucky.

Braves are always such an aggressive team against the Brewers.

Hmm, could be. First I thought they were playing the leftie/righty matchup, but then saw Durbin is actually hitting righties much better than Seigler. Obviously not the same sample size, but.
