It'll be interesting to see how the Miller crowd reacts when Capellan comes in

Weeks needs this rest badly. I sure hope he was playing hurt the way he was playing. Hopefully Capellan can do a good job in the pen for us because we need another guy in there.

I think Cappy will either really refocus after this or lose it and be out of Milwaukee later this year. I think he'll be really good, but who knows.

I figured you would be happy that he is coming up, seems like you can't go a day with out talking about him.

Hope they cheer him. Don't want him to go all Joakim Noah on us.

Of course he was hurt. Why do you think they gave him those four days off earlier in the year? That effects his swing too which is the result of the low batting average.

Anyone else concerned that this could be the beginning of the end for Rickie? A baseball player with chronic wrist issues doesn't sound promising.

The Doctor who performed the surgery has a history of success. He has said it can take a full year to recover. What Rickie has now is scar tissue, not unusual. I think he'll be fine in the long run.

Or it could have been him swinging at everything high and outside...

The injury is definitely a concern, but he's got a world of potential if he can find a way to stay healthy. I don't think we've got much in the way of middle infield prospects behind him either.

I am a little bit. Wrist or hand injuries can kill a career quickly.

I have mentioned him quite a bit, no doubt. I just think he's a very good arm and I didn't want to lose him over some nonsense. He's still only 26.

I'm glad he's back up. Now he needs to produce. :D

Well, we've got a glut of outfielders with our starting center fielder belonging in the infield and a third baseman stud who should be at second.

hopefully Weeks going on the DL will provide the same effect on him as it did for Ryan Howard, who is heating up since coming off the DL.......even if it doesnt, he needs the extra rest to heal his wrist, and with the way he has been playing lately, its good that he gets the break
