Was waiting for Almonte to deliver the death blow, now get some runs.

I knew Krod was going to blow that **** save. For as good as he's been this season, I don't trust him with a one run lead.

He's back to chewing. No wonder he blew the save.

Wasn't feeling real confident at all and now they have the first two on.

We're not winning this one.

Dinks all night. No surprise we lose on one.

Pirates back to 4 back.

A guy batting in the .230s kills us. Figures.

Losing a series to these scrubs is inexcusable. Another blown chance to gain a game in the division. Well, at least the Giants series has guys we know pitching, so we will probably put up like 30 runs across the three games and yet again be left wondering where the hell this was against the triple A Padres.

Padres aren't that bad though--they haven't lost a series at home since before the break. Loss hurts though because we scraped and clawed our way to a 2-1 lead going into the bottom of the 9th and KRod gives up a HR to the first batter. Ugh.

Almost don't want us in the playoffs because of how embarrassing most of our games tend to be.

Another fun fact: Domestic violence guy is giving up homers at almost the same rate as Estrada.

Seriously, ugh. Too bad Henderson missed this whole season. Losing him and Thornburg have hurt a lot. Jeffress has been fine, but boy we need some RP help. Maybe Jimmy Nelson is the answer.

The theory is continues.... :banghead:

When they showed him jam a little extra in his cheek after his warmups in the bullpen, I figured it might come to this.

Maybe the theory works because when he knows his stuff isn't there, he stuffs a lttle more in to calm his nerves. When it's working in warmups, he doesn't need it.
