Pirates announcers wondering why Broxton was brought in in the first place considering his poor record against Pittsburgh :dontknow:

Seems our only reasonable option was to pitch Yo til his arm fell off.

Remember when starters used to stay in games at the end of the season even if they were over 100 pitches?

What are they saving his arm for anyway? If they dont win he has 0 meaningful starts left, same with Lohse.

The way teams play and trend put themselves in position for the luck they receive. Can't hit a damn thing over a month? Bad luck on defense will get magnified.

You make your own luck in sports.

Might be changing my tune on people losing their jobs after this. This is a catastrophic end to this season.
